OUR STORY
We are former social media creators, Youtubers and world-class professional gamers who decided, one spring day in 2020, that the brands we were working with were doing it all wrong.
So we had to make it right.
We jumped ship and began developing strategies for brands to completely dominate the social media space as we’ve been dominating our individual crafts.
We quickly understood how the market is skewed not towards performance and rewarding high quality effort, but towards vanity metrics like “total number of followers” or superficial clout. Brands were just burning cash and not seeing results – or mediocre ones at best.
And we had to step it.
Over the last few years, we’ve built several influencer marketing systems for brands, hired hundreds of offshore talent to run them, developed a few technological and AI-driven tools and completely redefined brands from “digital” to “creators-first”.
But we’re only just getting started.
Our whole industry needs a change and we’re here to execute. At the highest level.

We’re primarily on the US market, working with US brands and creators, but we’ve done global campaigns as well.

We’re specialized in: Youtube, Podcasts, Instagram, TikTok, Tiktok Shops, Twitch
Running a few successful campaigns is nice and all, but that doesn’t really 10x a company now, does it?
What we do different is:
1. We work at scale. Campaigns usually have a few dozen creators. We work with thousands.
2. Each creator we work with successfully turns into a long term ambassador for the brand.
3. All procedures, creators, systems and tools remain within the brand. We build in-house and work from within the brand, not as a third party.
4. Every fee is negotiated to the penny. We don’t work on ‘default rates’, we always negotiate a mutually beneficial rate.
5. Each campaign content is curated manually by a campaign director, to ensure maximum content quality
6. Analytics is the key to our success. We have the best KPIS. Nobody has better KPIs than we do 
.
7. We bring KPI control and oversight on all work done with influencers – from influencer specialist level management KPIs, to creator sourcing KPIs and overall efficiency.
8. We create a self-sustainable, self-reporting influencer marketing department inside brands, that can be turned on or off.
